While Wyclef Jean was in Haiti, he stepped out of his car to make a private call, as he did his hand was grazed by a bullet. It is obvious (by statements) that the shooting was intentional. But the real question is, was it a warning shot to scare him off, or was the shooter a bad shot? Either way, its good to hear Wyclef Jean is doing ok.
